Sales, Cancellations, Refunds and Billing Information

General Terms of Sale :

SimplyMyEvent.com takes extra precaution to insure that you fully understand the Advertisers Terms & Conditons of a sale and the General Terms of Use of our site, before accepting and processing any form of payment, credit arrangement, or otherwise financial obligation or transaction from you. In some cases you may be required to accept terms digitally or sign a written contract or agreement with us before we can post your advertisment or listings on our site. In the absence of further documentation, ALL Terms, Contidions and Policies as they appear herein, and publicly posted to our website, by default, will act as a written agreement by and between all parties and therefore, will legally bind the terms and conditions under which all parties conduct themselves in accordance to this agreement. In the event, should there be ANY legal disputes arising from of this relationship, it is also mutually agreed by all parties that legal jurisidiction will be granted in the State of Colorado. It is agreed that any and all legal fees that may be associated with any dispute will be paid and due to the prevailing party upon resolution.


Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks:

Under NO circumsances, AFTER an order has been placed AND, a PAID LISTING or BANNER AD has been approved and posted to our site, will we be able to CANCEL or REFUND the order or any fees or monies associated with it. Early cancellation of an order is possible only under the conditions set herein, and is granted only in the event that a REFUND is not expected. (i.e. ... a client wishes to PAUSE or UNPOST a listing or ad for reasons NOT associated with billing, payment delay or refund. IF YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED TERM BILLING or have RECURRING BILLING ARRANGEMENTS WITH OUR COMPANY PLEASE SEE BELOW ..."Order Approval & Billing Information" ... CHARGEBACKS ON CREDIT CARD CHARGES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND EXTREME PENALTIES & LEGAL FEES WILL BE ASSESSED IN THE EVENT THAT A CHARGE YOU AUTHORIZED IS EVER DISPUTED ... Orders Approval & Billing Information :

PROOF COPY & AD CONTENT : Approval will be requested and required of you BEFORE we can post your listing or ad to the public website. These requests for approval are governed by an AUTOMATED Email System. PLEASE BE SURE TO WATCH FOR and IMMEDIATELY RESPOND TO ANY & ALL EMAILS that may be coming from the automated on line system. ... THE SME PLANNER is designed to permit immediated EMAIL CONTACT between its users and vendors. ALL PARTIES ARE INDEPENDENTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FUNCTIONALITY THEIR OWN EMAIL SOFTWARE.

SimplyMyEvent.com will accept and make SPECIFICIED payment and TERMS of BILLING arrangements with you at the time you originally place and order for any of our marketing or advertising services. You are expected to meet those arrangements with out delay or failure under the binding terms of the policies and conditions herein posted. If you have been granted NET 30 Terms it was likely done under an AUTOMATED RECURRING BILLING ARRANGEMENT. This means that you provided to us with a Credit Card Payment method that was approved and authorized for the duration of billing that relates to the advertising plan or service that you purchased. In the event that we are ever unable to charge your account/card, and/or that any other NET 30 or due payment arrangement is not met, this is immediate grounds for terminating your account. Should your account be terminated by us for any reason it will be reinstated upon resolution of the cause for termination and Simply My Event, LLC is not liable for damages OF ANY KIND that may result.
